This is a Repeat Session of the Workshop due to high request Course Outline This workshop aims to enable participants to understand, interpret, and apply the amended Ministerial Decree on the tax treatment of cost allowances and fringe benefits in Aruba, and to ensure compliance with the revised rules effective January 1, 2026. Course Objectives Upon completion of the workshop, participants will be able to: 1. Understand the regulatory changes Participants will be able to explain the key amendments introduced by the revised Ministerial Decree on the Tax Treatment of Cost Allowances and Fringe Benefits and understand their effective date of January 1, 2026. 2. Interpret the tax implications Participants will be able to assess how the amended rules affect the tax treatment of cost allowances and other fringe benefits for employers and employees in Aruba. 3. Apply the new rules in practice Participants will be able to apply the revised Ministerial Decree to practical scenarios, correctly determining taxable and non-taxable cost allowances and fringe benefits under the new framework. 4. Ensure compliance and advise stakeholders Participants will be able to identify compliance requirements arising from the amended Decree and provide informed guidance to employers and payroll professionals to ensure proper implementation before and after January 1, 2026.
