Course Outline This course provides a comprehensive overview of the field of HRM. It is designed to equip course participants with the skills and knowledge necessary to effectively manage the workforce of an organization. The course covers the core functions of HRM, including recruitment and selection, training and development, performance management, compensation and benefits, and employee relations. Course participants will learn how to design and implement HR policies and procedures that align with an organization's strategic goals and objectives. The course also explores the legal and ethical considerations of HRM, such as equal employment opportunity, labor laws, and privacy issues. The course is structured around case studies, interactive exercises, and group projects that enable course participants to apply HRM concepts to real-world scenarios. Part two of the course will focus on advanced topics like strategic play plans, financial incentives, labore relations and labor laws, employee safety, health & wellbeing, and global trends in HR.
